Founded in 1971, Griffith University has become a highly-ranked university with an international outlook. Their teaching and research spans six campuses in South East Queensland and all disciplines, while their network of more than 200,000 graduates extends around the world. Since they started teaching over 40 years ago, they have been deeply connected to the Asian region, socially conscious and environmentally aware, an integral part of the community and heavily industry-focused. Originally opened in 1975 with a cohort of 451 students, Nathan is Griffith’s most historic learning ground. Almost 50 years later, the campus now hosts more than 13,000 students enrolled in degrees in business and government, engineering and information technology, environment, humanities and languages, law, and science and aviation.
