- Athletics: UAlbany has a number of sports teams for students to join or cheer for! There are seven Men's team in total--Baseball, Basketball, Cross Country, Football, Lacrosse, Soccer, and Track & Field. There are nine Women's teams--Basketball, Cross Country, Field Hockey, Golf, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball, Track & Field, and Volleyball.
