The Bachelor of Education is a two-year program following the completion of a first bachelor’s degree which meets admissions requirements. The Bachelor of Education program will prepare students for a career in education through a mix of classroom learning and hands-on experience in a variety of settings including urban, rural, French immersion, northern and inteThe Bachelor of Education program includes three stream options so students can choose an age group specialty:
- Early Years (K – Grade 4)
- Middle Years (Grade 5 - 8)
- Senior Years (Grade 9 -12)
Admission Requirements
- Minimum Level of Education Required: 3-Year Bachelor's Degree
- Min GPA: 65.0%
- English Proficiency Requirements:
For direct admission, applicant must be from an English speaking country or meet either of the following English test scores:
- Min TOEFL iBT: 86 (Min Listening: 20.0, Min Reading: 20.0, Min Speaking: 20.0, Min Writing: 20.0)
- Min IELTS overall: 6.5 (Min Listening: 6.0, Min Reading: 6.0, Min Speaking: 6.0, Min Writing: 6.0)
- Min PTE overall: 58
Applicants interested in applying for direct admission, but are yet to complete an acceptable language test, can do so, but must provide valid results before receiving a final offer letter.This program does NOT offer conditional admission
