Psychology as a science, studies human behavior, especially its concentration, its focus on the function of the mind and its developmental procedures. So in Kent University, the Psychology department functions for improvement of the science. It has a wide spectrum of subjects to work on; and theoretical aspects of psychology in time widens its working area towards application of this scientific approach.

Psychology in time, has more sub working areas. To establish all this areas, it aims to give a successful education as well. Next to it, it tries to investigate more sub areas on the hall. The aim is to give the students scientific approach for future and to try to educate them as a scientific working people.

After the graduation, we try to help them as a psychologist in various areas. We try to provide them not only in academic field but also in different kind of working areas.

In our curriculum, all the subjects that are introduced and given to the students focus on to educate and develop them with a scientific mind. After the graduation, the approach that is given to the students will be to continue their education towards to a master program. This program is also given in our university. The curriculum mostly includes Clinical Psychology, Social Psychology, Educational Psychology etc.

Our graduates can work in hospitals, schools, courts, prisons and various other working areas.
